Last year the SSRC started to build A Universe of Terms (click) on its famous The Immanent Frame Blog. The Universe of Terms offers sets of short essays about a key term. The terms chosen include belief, body, economy, performance, science, spirit, and now also media (click) , including essays by Kajri Jain, John Durham Peters, Nathan Schneider, and Birgit Meyer.
